Exchanges, Refunds and Cancellation.

We hope you are delighted with your goods.

Our clothing is made with great care, and we put a big effort into quality control. We pack everything by hand and individually, and hope it has reached you in good condition and is what you have ordered.

If there is a mistake, please contact us asap and we’ll work our hardest to sort it out for you and apologise profusely!

However, if you want to Exchange your item or obtain a Refund, you must return the item within 14 days of our dispatch, unworn, in saleable condition and in its original packaging. Please advise us of the reason for the Return and whether you would like a Refund or Exchange.

You are responsible for the return postage and packaging, so please ensure you get proof of posting as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.

We understand for Christmas, gifts are purchased a bit in advance. We will exchange goods received prior to the 10th January 2009 for Christmas gifts which are purchased in December 2008.


• Please fill in the Form that arrived with your order, stating what you would like instead;
• Please fill in the payment details so that we can take the cost of the return postage and refund or take additional payment depending on what you decide to order instead. You may find there are changes to the delivery timescale or price you pay for the item (you’ll be charged the current selling price on the day you cancel or amend the order);
• Please note that if the Exchange is requested due to a fault in the garment or an error in our order, P&P is payable by you to send the package back but we will refund you if you put the postal receipt in the package and pay for the returns postage (please ensure proof of posting);
• If your delivery details have changed, please include these on a separate note.
