Chest – measure around the fullest part of the chest

Waist – measure the natural waistline, just above the hip bone

Height – measure from the top of the head to the ground (without shoes!)

All measurements are in centimeters (1 inch = 2.54cm)

NB – please don’t pull the tape measure too tight!
